One workspace or a stack of separate tools

What changes when the inbox, the CRM, the warehouse and the quality records share one set of records.

Many small product businesses run on a shared mailbox, a CRM, a spreadsheet of stock, a shipping site and a folder of quality forms, joined by copy and paste. Each tool is good at its job. The work falls in the gaps between them.

What you keep

Zamilo connects to the tools that are hard to replace: QuickBooks Online for the books, Shopify and WooCommerce for the store, Microsoft 365 and IMAP for mail, RingCentral, Twilio, Quo and Aircall for phones, and Freightcom, ShipStation and EasyPost for labels.

What you can leave

The shared-inbox tool, the separate CRM, the stock spreadsheet, the shipping website and the binder of forms, one at a time: each Zamilo app works on its own, so you can start with one and add the others when you are ready.

The trade-off

A specialist tool can go deeper in its one area than an all-in-one workspace. If a single area is your whole business (a large contact centre, say), a specialist may suit you better. If your team does a little of everything, one workspace saves the joins.
