Subprocessors

Version 1.0Effective October 19, 2026

A subprocessor is a company that BurTech Solution engages to help run Zamilo and that may process Customer Data, including personal information, on our behalf. Each one works under a written agreement that requires it to protect that data, and we remain responsible for it, as Section 7 of our Data Processing Addendum (the "DPA") describes. This page forms Annex 3 of the DPA.

The services you choose to connect to Zamilo, such as QuickBooks Online or Microsoft 365, are not our subprocessors. They work under your own agreement with each provider, and we list them separately below.

At least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing Customer Data, we email the Admins of every Workspace and update this page. You may object as the DPA describes. To receive these notices at another address, for example your privacy or legal team's, write to [email protected] and ask to subscribe.
