Built inside a working distributor
Zamilo began as the system a Canadian medical supply distributor wrote for itself. Three brands, a warehouse, dealers, an online store and a quality system answerable to a regulator were spread across FileMaker, a CRM few people opened, spreadsheets, shared Outlook folders and carrier websites.
Bringing them into one place changed how the day felt: the person answering the phone could see the order, the packer could see the note, and a complaint could be traced back to the email and the shipment in seconds. Zamilo is that system, rebuilt so any company can use it.
