Use a USB scanner at the bench or the camera on a phone or tablet. Blind counts show nobody the expected quantity.

Raise them from the below-minimum report, track the expected date, receive against them and send them to QuickBooks when you are ready.
Scan to pack
Pick a Shopify or WooCommerce order or a packing slip, scan each item into boxes, and stop over-shipping and wrong items before the box is closed. Batch picking for busy mornings.

Written back where customers look
Fulfil the Shopify or WooCommerce order with its tracking number, or put the tracking on the dealer's packing slip, as soon as the label is bought.
Warehouses, bins and lots
Keep stock in several warehouses and bins, pick the lot that expires first, and refuse an expired lot at the bench. GS1-128 and UDI barcodes fill in the lot and expiry at receiving.

Print 4x6 and 4x8 labels as ZPL straight to a Zebra-type printer from the browser or through Zamilo Print, pallets and freight included.
Kits made of what you stock
Sell a kit as one item: it shows what its components make, and shipping it takes each component out lot by lot, so a recall still finds every lot.
