Questions about the beta and pricing

How long will the beta last?
Until the apps are ready for everyone, and at least until paid plans are published. We will give beta companies at least 30 days' notice before the beta ends.
What happens to my company when the beta ends?
You choose: move to a paid plan and keep working as before, or leave and take your data with you. Nothing moves to a paid plan on its own.
Can I leave at any time?
Yes. You can export everything from Settings at any time, and ask us to close your workspace.
Can I start with one app and add more later?
Yes. An administrator adds an app from Settings, Apps, at any time, and during the beta it is free. Contacts, products and orders are shared, so the new app starts with what you already have. Putting an app away keeps its records for when you add it again.
Do I need a credit card for the beta?
No. There is nothing to pay during the beta, so we never ask for card details.
Are AI features extra?
In the beta, AI drafting and summaries use your own AI provider key, so you pay your provider directly and only if you use them. The paid plans include monthly AI credits.
