Moving from another Zamilo
A whole company's export, files included, into a new workspace with fresh ids.
If your company already runs Zamilo on its own server, or in another workspace, you can bring everything across in one go.
Export
In the old Zamilo, open Settings -> Data & sync and press Export Everything. It packs the database and the files into one zip in the background; download it when it is ready.
Import
In the new workspace, open Settings -> Data and import the zip. Zamilo copies every table into your company with new ids, rewrites every link between records to match, and copies the files. It then compares the counts with the export's manifest and shows you the result.
What you redo afterwards
- Connections (mailboxes, QuickBooks, Shopify, carriers) are not copied: connect them again, so the new
workspace holds its own sign-ins.
- Two-step sign-in is reset for everyone: each person sets it up again at their first sign-in. Passwords
carry over.
- Links you sent customers keep working once the old address points to the new one.
