Moving from Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM exports its modules as CSV files. Zamilo reads the Accounts and Contacts exports and keeps how you grouped them.

Export from Zoho

In Zoho CRM, export the Accounts module and the Contacts module as CSV. Include every field you want to keep; Zamilo lets you leave columns out later.

Import into Zamilo

1. Import the accounts first. Zoho's account type becomes the account's group in Zamilo (dealer, nursing home,

distributor... whatever you used), created as you go.

1. Import the contacts. Each is attached to its account by the account name in the export.
2. Check the dry run, then import.

What happens to people you already have

If a contact's email matches a customer already in Zamilo (from Shopify, say), Zamilo shows the pair for you to decide rather than merging them on its own.

Deals

Zamilo has its own deals board with stages you define. Open deals are usually quickest to re-create by hand on the board, with their value and expected close date.
