Bringing in QuickBooks and Shopify history
Connect once and your customers, orders, invoices and products come in on their own.
QuickBooks Online and Shopify are connections, not imports: once connected, Zamilo keeps reading them.
QuickBooks Online
Connect your QuickBooks company from Settings -> Integrations in one click. Zamilo reads customers, invoices, items, vendors, purchase orders and bills every hour. Older purchase orders and bills can be read for any range you choose, from one year to everything, as a background job. Zamilo only sends an invoice or a purchase order to QuickBooks when someone presses Send.
Shopify
Install the Zamilo app on your store and link it to one of your businesses. Orders, customers and products come in, and price and stock pushes are there to switch on per store when you are ready.
WooCommerce
Approve Zamilo's key from your WooCommerce store. Orders come in, and fulfilment with tracking goes back when you ship.
Once these are connected, the spreadsheet import is only needed for what lives nowhere else.
